Join us as we head to Southern Spain during the last week of October. Meeting at the Portsmouth ferry port on the Friday night we catch the Santander ferry arriving Saturday at around 5pm heading to our first campsite. On the Sunday we contiue heading south to the city of Seville and a local campsite, it would have been along day as we cover around 450 miles, although some may wish to head into the city in the evening for a couple of hours look around
The next 4 days will be spent traversing across Southern Spains Andalusia region visiting the Famous city of Ronda, traveling through the Sierra de las Nieves National park to the valley of Guadalhorce where the "Caminito del Rey" is located.
Each morning we aim to leave camp at 09.00 hrs allowing us to stop at various photo points and attactions throughout the day then looking to finish and make camp around 5.pm.
Once Thursday evening arrives unfortuatly it is now time to start heading north to Salamanca which will be Friday evenings destination, this gives us time to get back to Santander and the ferry back to Portsmouth.
This route has been planned but but never done. This is an Expedition overland trip, and there is no set destination each night, it all depends on what we find along the way.
This is not a hard core offroad trip, this is a overland tour using mountain roads and trails.
