The Route

Lost World Overland try to plan unique routes, our aim is to offer routes that others do not, we also aim to continually change our routes, most route's are undriven by us, only planned on paper. This add to the adventure but also means timings are unknown and we may not arrive at our intended destination each day, or may need to cut sections out if running late to catch up.

Daily Driving and Timing

We will need to leave camp no later than 9am in the morning, we will stop regularly for breaks and hope to arrive at camp around 5-6pm although some days may be longer.

Accommodation

Campsites and Wild Camping.

Vehicle Requirements

This trip is open to any well maintained 4x4 vehicle. AT Tires as a minimum.

Each vehicle will require the following in addition to their normal camping equipment etc.

1 recovery rope and shackles, recovery points front and rear

Food and Drink for minimum of 3 days.

Fuel cans or extended fuel tank for at least 350 miles,

Emergency and Insurance

Lost World Adventures is fully insured as a tour guide.

Lost World Adventures carry full satellite communication and tracking Inreach equipment with the ability to trigger SOS to GEOS to get emergency help from a 24/7 global monitoring center.

What is included in the cost?

The Cost of this trip is to join a LWA Grand tour.

What is not included in the cost ?

Any Campsites, Hotels, Fuel, Food, Tolls, Ferry's etc all these costs need to be made by the client.

Due to insurance all our tours are priced for our customer to pay their own fee's as we only charge per vehicle, regardless of number of passengers giving greater flexibility to you.

If we charged as a tour operator then our insurance would increase 10 fold meaning we would have to increase prices,

 

Trip Price:- £895 Per vehicle - (Deposit of £250 to book, Balance due no later than 60 days before departure.
